At Slidekart, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return & Replacement Policy outlines the conditions under which returns or replacements are accepted.

Returns are applicable within 3 days from the date of delivery and are accepted only under the following conditions:

• Size-related issues (where applicable)

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

• The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
• The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact
• The return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Change of mind or personal preference
• Incorrect order placed by the customer
• Products showing signs of use or damage caused after delivery
• Return requests raised after 3 days of delivery

Return Process

1. Contact our customer support within 3 days of delivery.
2. Share order details along with clear images/videos of the issue.
3. Our team will review the request and confirm eligibility.
4. Approved returns will be replaced or processed as per our policy.

Replacement / Refund

• Replacement will be provided for eligible products, subject to stock availability.
• If a replacement is not available, a refund or store credit may be issued at our discretion.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within the standard processing time.

Shipping for Returns

• In cases of damaged or defective products, return shipping instructions will be shared after approval.
• Slidekart reserves the right to decide the mode of return shipment.

Important Notes

• All return approvals are subject to inspection.
